L-CUTneo Benefits and Features:

The L-CUTneo series has many built-in benefits, with the adaptability for beneficial features to be added in the future. Some of these include:

The Keller L-CUTneo dust collector was created with all of the benefits of the original plug-and-play L-CUT series, while improving design to increase customer flexibility.

L-CUTneos are created in stackable segments that are packaged together for optimal use in a standard thermal processing environment. This allows us to have high quality systems available at the ready.

Since all environments are not created equal, however, the new design allows for these segments to be swapped out (now or in future upgrades) to meet the needs of your business. Larger disposal? Higher airflow? Lower filter maintenance?  All of these options and many more can help Keller tailor a solution that is right for you.

The L-CUTneos are known for their quiet operation. They have built-in radial fans that operate at very low sound levels.  Futhermore, the fan housing is designed with insulated metal to further reduce operational noise.

Keller specializes in ensuring you have the most effective air filtration solution for your diverse manufacturing processes.

L-CUTneos have the flexibility in design for both cartridge filters or plate-style filters.

Standard filter elements for the L-CUTneo are nanofiber cartridge-style or KLR-bran plate-filters.

  • The nanofiber cartridges consist of a starshaped, folded, filtering material that is molded at the bottom and top into an end plate made of sheet steel. They have a lower upfront cost than plate-style filters, but tend to be replaced more frequently.
  • The KLR-bran plate filters offer increased filter life and greater surface area coverage. They are made with a pleated high-absorbency material affixed into a PTFE membrane.

Keller dust collectors are designed with automatic self-cleaning cycles to extend the effectiveness and life of filter elements. The cleaning process can be initiated by the filter via a differential pressure that is monitored in the electrical control, or it can be programmed with cleaning cycles.

The L-CUTneo’s compressed air connections are located on the outside of the housing for easy connection and maintenance accessibility.

The L-CUTneo series was improved to minimize energy consumption. Now, the dust collector series achieves low energy consumption through use of efficient fans as well as the minimization of compressed air consumption for the cleaning of the filter elements.

Basic disposal needs are met through the dust collection bin of the L-CUTneo at both the spark arrestor and the main unit. This bucket allows for a smaller overall collector height, perfect for low ceilings.

For higher volumes of dust, the disposal section can be exchanged for other methods, such as a rotary lock with 55 Gallon drum disposal.

A high-efficiency side-mounted cyclone spark arrestor comes with every L-CUTneo. It functions to separate out larger particles from the dirty air and reduce the load on the filter elements.

The new side-mounted design allows for installation flexibility and easy maintenance. It’s separate disposal helps avoid mixing sparks with the fine dust in the collector’s disposal.

Dimensions and Technical Information

Please note that these specifications are estimated based on the most common applications. Airflow maximums may vary based on the needs of your particular process.

Measurements are shown in Standard & (Metric)
1) 1 m in front of the door, measured according to DIN EN ISO 3744, with connected suction ductwork.
2) Weights and dimensions are approximated and may vary, especially with customized features.
