"Metalcasters and foundry industry suppliers from around the world are networking and sharing knowledge during the first-ever virtual Metalcasting Congress," announced the American Foundry Society. "Metalcasting Congress 2021 features expert speakers covering all major technical and management areas, interactive digital exhibits from leading suppliers and North American foundries, keynote speeches, panels, Q&A sessions, the unveiling of the Casting of the Year, and more."
Keller USA was proud to join the foundry society at this first-ever virtual event. Our Keller Pros were able to have in-depth conversations when it was most convenient for the customers, in a one of a kind online setting.

Ceramics Expo, North America’s premier exhibition and conference for the advanced ceramic and glass supply chain, went off without a hitch in August of 2021. Though the show was unfortunately canceled in 2020, many efforts were made to provide the industry with a digitial presence until we could all meet up again in summer of 2021. And with a theme of "Enabling a clean, efficient and electrified future," what better time for our Pros to attend?

We're back! After a lapse in exhibiting due to pandemic cancelations, Keller USA attended Fabtech 2021 (Booth# A5146) in Chicago with big smiles and we were not the only ones wearing them.
"Over the four days (September 13-16), over 24,000 people attended the show to check out in-person products on-offer from exhibitors, listen to keynote presentations and attend technical and specific presentations as part of the educational Technical Conference. Exhibitors covered over 500,000 ft2 of the available space at McCormick Place," summarized Bruce Morey with SME Media.

With the cancelation of IMTS 2020 in Chicago, IMTS Spark was introduced to help connect individuals across the manufacturing world. To maintain increased accessibility with our customers, Keller USA opted to join in on this first ever IMTS Spark multi-month virtual platform.
Keller USA, Inc. partnered with Zimmermann, Inc. for their Hall of Champions, first open house in Wixom, MI. Zimmermann hit it out of the park with their FZ33 Compact, 5-axis portal milling machine. With its sleek design and precise process the FZ33 Compact is perfect for machining aluminum and composite materials. To compliment the machine’s effectiveness for wet machining, Keller paired the ENA-S, a mist collection system designed with individual machining centers in mind. The ENA-S provides a four-stage filtration which cleans dirty air using a combination of inertia, screening effect, coalescence, and diffusion, all with a low noise level, < 72 dB(A), and ergonomic floor-access to all filtration stages.

Open House Dates: July 24th – 25th, 2019
In May 2019, the Compounding World Expo joined the Plastics Recycing and Plastics Extrusion World Expos for an all-inclusive U.S. debut exhibiton at the Huntington Convention Center.
Keller USA joined 260 other exhibitors for this event, which drew in over 4,300 (primarily North American) visitors.
The next U.S. exhibition is scheduled for November of 2020, with the addition of a fourth collaborator, the Polymer Testing World Expo.

The Northwest Machine Tool Expo is a regional exibition that puts machining and manufacturing individuals in front of the latest technologies and services. The show occurs every other year and is now celebrating over two decades of expos.
Keller USA joined a booth with Cutting Tool Control for this exhibition to show our collaborative machining solutions. On display was Keller's ENA-S mist collector for individual machine centers.
“Despite the unexpected winter weather, the 2019 event closed with record attendance, marking a 7% increase over the previous FABTECH Chicago," noted Fabtech management following the show. "A total of 48,278 attendees from 95 countries participated in four full days of product evaluation, education and collaborative discussions on key industry issues."
Keller was one of the 1,700 exhibiting companies who participated in this years tradeshow. In action at the show was Keller's newest addition to the product line, the DustOff Gust.

2018 was an exciting year for Keller USA, as it completed 20 years of successful business operations as the North American subsidiary for Keller Lufttechnik. On July 12th, Keller USA staff and families, along with Frank and Horst Keller celebrated the anniversary with delicious food and drinks at Keller USA's Fort Mill, SC office. Keller USA has experienced exponential growth in the past 20 years, being established in 1998 with one employee, Keller USA now employs 18 people and collaborates with multiple reps across North America.
NPE, the largest plastics tradeshow in the Americas just hosted its 29th year. Exhibiting companies came from 35 nations. "The plastics industry event had already shattered one record: with 1.2 million square feet of sold exhibition space, it was the largest NPE in history." - reported PlasticsToday Staff in NPE

Keller Reps from across North America attended a two day training at the Keller USA office in Fort Mill, SC. During the meeting multiple Keller USA colleagues along with Rolf Bernauer, International Business Manager at Keller Lufttechnik, presented beneficial information for future growth in North America. On June 23rd, 2017 Keller USA staff and families celebrated the 5th anniversary of business operations in Fort Mill, SC. Speeches were given by Ann Keller and Valerie Keller, daughters of Horst Keller, who complimented the success and growth of Keller USA, Inc. Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Keller USA, Jeff Zullo along with Vice President of Sales and Operations, Nick Herfurth also addressed the staff acknowledging the hard work of all the employees to accomplish continual growth. Following the speeches, Keller staff and family members, as well as close business and community members celebrated this momentous occasion with delicious food and warm conversations.

Keller USA participated at this 4 day event (November 6th-9th) in collaboration with Power Solutions Pro, LLC at booth A3097. At Fabtech 2017, Keller launched North American sales of the HydronPlus, a new award-winning, energy-efficient wet scrubber geared towards processes creating combustible, explosive or adhesive dust. It combines advantages of wet scrubber technology with the high separation efficiencies of dry filtration processes, which enables clean air recirculation.

Every year, Keller USA hosts a "Family Day" to show appreciation for employees and their loved ones. Keller employees can invite family and friends to tour the South Carolina offices and enjoy an afternoon with the team. 2016's Family Day was one for the books, as the team participated in "Minute-to-Win-It" skill challenges and enjoyed the flavors of a cook-out.

In appreciation for both the country of establishment and the corporation's roots, Keller USA installed dual flag systems to fly the USA and German flags proudly.
The Keller USA team was joined by members of Keller Lufttechnik's International Business Organization, Rolf Bernauer and Andreas Tolsdorf, for a flag ceremony to honor both countries.
"The triennial trade show and conference, which took place May 7-11 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, attracted approximately 65,000 attendees and more than 2,180 exhibiting companies covering more than 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space. In addition, more than 11,000 international attendees from 110 countries participated in the event." - Noted Rep from TSNN News.

NPE Wraps Up Its Largest Show in History

FABTECH 2015 was held at the McCormick place in Chicago. The trade show was a huge success with 43,836 in attendance including 1,702 exhibitors from 88 countries. Keller was one of the 1,702 exhibiting companies who participated in FABTECH 2015.

FABTECH 2015 - Post Show Report
Keller USA announces the new location of its North American headquarters and manufacturing facility to be in York County. The new location was stragically chosen to better serve the North American customer base. The 16,000-square-foot Fort Mill facility will provide expanded space for administrative offices and a larger warehouse, as well as room for expansion with manufacturing capacity.
