Brushing of metal and non-ferrous metal (e. g. aluminum) produces emissions of fine particulate which even the most advanced production technology cannot prevent. Collecting and removing these fine dusts using suction is mandatory.
Brushing or coating processes can form deposits. The resulting dusts are often explosive and combustible, which must be considered in the system design. Also the dimensions of the dust collection/extraction area must be taken into account, which is usually done by the machine manufacturer.
