Evironmentally responsible dust extraction and separation of very fine particulate in ceramics manufacturing

The processing of ceramic products such as machining or grinding, as well as processes such as spray glazing, will generate a variety of air pollutants.  This process includes applications such as technical ceramics, dishes, decorative ceramics, sanitary ceramics, tiles, and ceramic based abrasives.

The multitude of industrial processes and methods during manufacturing of ceramic products leads to different airborne substances. Type and quantity of the dusts to be separated, their physical features, and aggregate state specify the suitable method for dust collection.

The nature and volume of emissions generated, their physical properties, and state will determine the suitable extraction technology.
