Maintaining customer satisfaction is not merely a goal for us, but also a commitment. The positive results of our recent customer survey indicate that our after-sales service has also succeeded in reaching this achievement.

NEW: Online survey
We received extensive feedback from many of the almost 1,000 companies surveyed, which helps us to continuously improve our quality of service. For the first time, we launched an online customer survey that offered a modernized and user-friendly interface. It was not only state-of-the-art, but also helped to conserve internal resources and simplified the evaluation process.

Service technicians set us apart
While we have already scored high in customer feedback ratings in previous years, we have improved on them even further. Customers particularly appreciate the reliability, professionalism and friendliness of our service technicians, who are central to our services. Our extensive expertise and high-quality equipment set us apart from our competition, and guarantee our customers the first-class support they deserve.

Comprehensive service program generates positive response
An added plus of our after-sales service is the option of integrating third-party systems into our maintenance program. This "everything from a single source" concept is positively rated by our customers and underscores our claim of fully meeting all customer requirements. To this end, we are continuously expanding our service program to include "the entire extraction system", thereby setting new standards in the industry.

Enhancing reaction speeds
Nevertheless, we do not rest on our laurels and are constantly improving our service turnaround times, among further goals. We train our junior staff, and are always recruiting new service technicians.
