Clean Air for Ceramics Manufacturing
The processing of ceramic products such as machining or grinding, as well as processes such as spray glazing, will generate a variety of air pollutants.
The nature and volume of emissions generated, their physical properties and state will determine the suitable extraction technology.
Energy-Efficient Extraction Technology with Strong System Performance
The VARIO dust collector with KLR bran filters is perfectly suitable for the extraction of dust from ceramic processes. Air recirculation into the plant is feasible. This is an optimal solution for larger plants with air recirculation systems, since extensive ductwork is not required. However, an additional secondary filter is required for carcinogenic dust.
