Dust Extraction for Forging Presses
During metal pressing, fumes from separating agents are created which present a health hazard and must be extracted.
Likewise, during hot metal pressing, because of the very high process temperatures, scaly particles are produced that must be extracted in order to ensure process stability.
Suitable Dust Extraction Method For Any Application
For large volumes of scaly particles, wet separators with sludge removers are used, due to the fire risk. In exceptional cases, a special additive may be required because of the separating agent used.
ENA coolant mist separators are recommended for aluminum presses due to their energy-efficient fans. The ductwork is kept clean with a pre-nozzle in this filtration technology.
AERO oil mist separator ensures reliable dust extraction during processes in which oil and smoke are created.
Correct emissions extraction is customized on an individual basis, depending on the operating conditions.
